Cathy was certified to teach yoga through Lighten Up Yoga Studio and through the Omega Institute in 2000. She then received an advanced certification through the Nosara Institute of Yoga in 2002. Besides these trainings she has also studied with many nationally recognized teachers. Classes held at 220 Chatham Business Drive, Chatham Business Park, Pittsboro, NC.
